Spring Season Lawn Care Tips

Sir Walter:

• Watering – Once established your lawn shouldn’t need too much water in Spring until we get closer to Summer.
• Mowing – Keep you Sir Walter above 40mm, may need to be mown once a month.
• Fertiliser – Fertiliser is required for your Sir Walter in Spring. Use a slow release, high nitrogen fertiliser.

Couch:

• Watering - Once established, your lawn shouldn’t need to much water in Spring until we get closer to Summer.
• Mowing – Mowing will be required this time of year every 2-3 weeks.
• Fertilising – You will need to use a high nitrogen fertiliser on your Couch in Spring.

Kikuyu:

• Watering – Once established your lawn shouldn’t need to much water in Spring until we get closer to Summer.
• Mowing – Keep your Kikuyu above 40mm, may need to be mown once or twice a month.
• Fertiliser – Fertiliser is required for your Kikuyu in Spring. Use a slow release, high nitrogen fertiliser.
